Mallory Sophronia begins processing purchases just as soon as they are received. MS one-of-a-kind, handmade products ship-out within 1-6 weeks of their purchase dates. If exceptions apply, due to circumstances like high demands or changes in material availability, customers are contacted via email with delay details and shipment tracking information.
Domestic Orders - MS works with the United States Postal Service to make sure your goods arrive safely and in a timely fashion. We ship using Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes that offer a 1-3 day service (with the exception of busy holiday seasons) to most domestic locations and includes tracking and merchandise insurance up to $50. Additional merchandise insurance, up to $5,000, may be purchased for a fee.
International Orders - The United States Postal Service helps MS to ship to over 190 countries in a manner that is cost-effective and reliable. MS ships using Priority Mail International Flat Rate Boxes that track and deliver in 6-10 business days (with the exception of busy holiday seasons) to major destinations. Limited indemnity coverage is provided and additional merchandise insurance is available for a fee, to certain countries. Important Note - International buyers are responsible for any and all custom charges, taxes and additional postage fees.
All Orders - Priority Mail delivery status is available through track and confirmat USPS.com or by calling 1-800-222-1811. Items that are lost or damaged are the responsibility of the postal provider.

Return Policy - Every one-of-a-kind MS item and/ or gift card/ coupon is sold as is and cannot be returned or refunded. Important Note: Mallory Sophronia merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores may or may not be returned to the location where purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.
Exchange Policy - MS will only exchange MallorySophronia.com items that are in original condition (unworn, unused, unaltered + unwashed). MS store credit may be issued when a desired item for exchange is out of stock or no longer in production. MS will not exchange the following items - intimates, pierced earrings, swim, masks and gift cards/ coupons. Please message MS within 3 days of delivery and before mailing your exchange with proof of purchase. Exchanges are only valid if received by MS or post marked within 7 days of initial delivery date and proof of payment. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees related to the exchange of a purchase. When we approve your exchange you may send items back to MS using any trackable/insured shipping method. Your exchange will usually be processed within a week or two. MS will send you a message with your shipping invoice to confirm the exchange is ready for delivery. Once we have approved your shipping payment, we will contact you with a tracking number.
